  • Online signatures condemning popular TV show host of Wowowee Willie Revillame is expected to balloon as the day goes by. This came after his ugly remarks while a video feed of former President Cory Aquino’s cortege is being shown during the show’s telecast last August 3.
willie-revillame (1)As of press time, about 47,092 people bombarded the statement of Revillame after ordering his production crew to stop showing the funeral march of Tita Cory which serves as a breaking news live. It is expected to grow in numbers as Revillame showed disrespect which totally irked thousands of people who trooped to Roxas Boulevard to pay their last respect to the first woman President of the nation.

Roel Saguisag led the petition by being the first one to expressed his dismay on Revillame’s remarks. It was a no-no kind of attitude on the part of popular TV show host since even though he didn’t mean it that way, he came out unprofessional to stop showing this national event as a final tribute to the former Chief Executive Despite extending his public apology it won’t bring back the damage he created on the national television.
Some remarks on the internet says he should be axed on the noon time show because he isn’t a good role model in the eye of many especially to the kids.
