  • reconciliationHours after Maja Salvador declared in a press conference for her music album that she was optimistic about a reconciliation with former bosom buddy Kim Chiu, the latter quickly dismissed the idea with a sarcastic tweet late Tuesday. Shortly after Maja’s interview came out on the ABS-CBN news program “TV Patrol”, Twitter user Krizzy, who describes herself as a “Twitter oracle”, alerted Kim Chiu about what she thought was Maja’s ploy to use Kim’s name to promote her album.

Both posts were quickly deleted — but not fast enough to evade the watchful eyes of entertainment blog Fashion Pulis. Maja and Kim’s friendship fell apart last year after Maja and Kim’s ex-boyfriend, Gerald Anderson, became a couple.

“Isang taon na ‘yon. Tao din lang kaming lahat na puwede kaming magpatawad at puwede kaming mag-start ulit, at puwede naming i-accept yung sitwasyon namin ngayon, ganun lang,” Maja told entertainment media on Tuesday.

“Believe lang tayo. Baka in time,” she added. “Maja Believe” is the title of her album.
