  • Lani Misalucha was in disbelief with broadcast journalist Raffy Tulfo going out of his way to lend her a helping hand after she was scammed by a booking agent.

It was Lani who reached out to Raffy, explaining how the culprit took money she has earned from social media applications Lyka and Bigo.

Lani identified the scammer as Maynard Oliver Vergara, her social media administrator.

The 51-year-old singer said the funds could have helped her greatly particularly with her and her husband still suffering from the effects of bacterial meningitis.

He added, “I’m serious.

Raffy assured he would have done the same for others.
Lahat tayo in one point in time magkakasakit o nagkasakit so kailangan din natin ng tulong.”

Lani gave in, saying, “Maraming, maraming salamat po. Kung ‘yun po ang ano I would gladly accept it.” (S. Bernardino, mb.com.ph)
