The celebration happened on the set of their action series, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.” The staff and crew lined up to sing the “Happy Birthday” song to the birthday girl. Julia was in tears seeing all her “Ang Probinsyano” family – and of course, Coco – greeting her.
