  • It’s really not over yet between Kaye Abad and her boyfriend of more than five years, Parokya ni Edgar soloist Chito Miranda. That’s why they are still seen together, said Kaye. What’s new about their relationship now, however, is that her world no longer just revolves around Chito. Unlike in the last five years when she was like a Chito’s shadow. In short, where Chito was, there was she (Kaye).
kayeandchitoNo wonder that Kaye is now busy with her showbiz career anew. After her comeback appearance in the series, “Precious Hearts Presents… Bud Brothers,” where she was paired with newcomer Guji Lorenzana, the two are again seen in the ongoing series, “Somewhere in My Life.”

In next year’s episode of the drama anthology, “Maalaala Mo Kaya,” Kaye will be featured with Diether Ocampo.
This will be the first time the Star Magic talents will be seen together in a TV show.

Kaye started with the show, “Tabing Ilog,” an afternoon series featuring several other Star Magic talents. The series gave birth to several love teams, like that of Kaye and John Lloyd Cruz. Both still teenagers then, they eventually fell in love. They, however, outgrew each other when Kaye turned 18.
