  • john-loydIn an interview with John Lloyd Cruz at the presscon of his currently showing movie, “My Amnesia Girl,” he says that he is looking forward to a happier Christmas this year.

“Kasi, feeling ko, it’s going to be different,” he reveals with a smile. “For the first time kasi, our family will becomplete. And this has not happened for a while.“My two brothers are home for the holiday season. They both reside in New York na.”Likewise, it will be the chance for his brothers, who are both older than him, to spend Christmas with Shaina Magdayao, John Lloyd’s girlfriend of one year, who’ll surely spend time with him and his family this Christmas.

Chances are that he will also pay Shaina’s family a visit and spend time with them as Christmas is really for the family, JL says.So far, things are going all right for the couple, although their plan to leave for Beijing, China before the year ends has been scrapped.Blame it on their busy schedule. JL, aside from completing the movie, “My Amnesia Girl,” with Toni Gonzaga, is taping at least thrice a week for “Imortal.”Then, for ten days, he had to leave for a concert abroad with Piolo Pascual, Sam Milby, Gerard Anderson, Kim Chiu and Pokwang.Shaina, on her own, has constant taping for the series, “Alyna,” where she plays the title role.Playing her leading men are Sid Lucero and Jason Abalos.
