Kaye Abad, Kyline Alcantara post throwback photo of defunct ABS-CBN show

  • ABS-CBN actress Kaye Abad posted a throwback photo of her 2013 drama series, Annaliza, on her Instagram story.
In the photo were her Annaliza castmates—Andrea Brillantes, Kyline Alcantara, Zanjoe Marudo, Sue Ramirez, Sunshine Garcia, Boboy Garrovillo, Ces Quesada, and Kiko Estrada.

Most likely, Kaye dug the photo from her Instagram memories because it was dated June 13, 2013.
She uploaded it yesterday, June 13, in the Instagram account @kayeinnercircle, Kaye’s official fans club.
In Annaliza, which ran from May 2013 to March 2014, Kaye played Stella, the main kontrabida in Annaliza’s life.
Annaliza was played by Andrea Brillantes.

    KYLINE ALCANTARA REPOSTS ANNALIZA PHOTO
GMA-7 actress Kyline Alcantara, who played Stella’s daughter Arlene, reposted Kaye’s Instagram story on the same day.

Adding a caption to the post, she wrote, “My face tho”

This was not the first time that Kyline posted a throwback entry about Annaliza.
On April 2019, Kyline reposted a netizen’s tweet showing her confrontation scene with Andrea.
At the time, Kyline’s GMA-7 teleserye, Inagaw Na Bituin, went head-to-head with Andrea’s ABS-CBN drama series, Kadenang Ginto.

In her recent interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Kyline was asked about her reaction upon seeing the old video.

She said, “Ang saya, parang boses ano ako dito, boses ipis!
“Kasi, ‘Ay, walang hiya ka!’ Okay, ganyan pala ako umarte.
“And ngayon, yung arte ko noon, nakikita ko pa rin sa arte ko ngayon—yung mga nuances, yung mga tingin. So kumbaga, ako pa rin yung old Kyline.”
Kyline transferred to GMA-7 in late 2017, and is now the host of StarStruck’s online program, Inside StarStruck.(JP Anarcon, pep)
